Catherine Debrunner wins her 4th TCS London Marathon, and her 3rd consecutive win on The Mall. As one of the athletes in our “Access To Sport” program, Catherine won the 2026 London Marathon Wheelchair race, demonstrating great talent, determination, and resilience.</strong></p>\n\n<p><a data-entity-substitution=\"canonical\" data-entity-type=\"node\" data-entity-uuid=\"d25658a8-ae05-4385-b040-a185d164fc1c\" href=\"/en/projects/catherine-debrunner\" title=\"Catherine Debrunner \">Catherine Debrunner</a> gave an impressive performance in the women’s wheelchair division, finishing the race with speed and endurance. The 2026 London Marathon was highly competitive, but Catherine’s hard work and dedication helped her win.</p>\n\n<p>Her win is being celebrated around the world and covered by international sports and Paralympic media. I got into a good rhythm and had a good men’s group ahead of me, which pushed me really well.\"</em></p>\n\n<p>On completing the quick turnaround between Boston and London, Catherine admitted it had been a hard week.</p>\n\n<p><em>“Boston was really tough, and I think I need some time to think about it and process it,” </em>she explained. <em>“It was very intense, and I am really proud of how I managed it. I knew it would be key to rest as much as possible in between, but I did not expect to be that fast today.
